1. Ke Rekording loket 2 ambil form SP
2. Isi form + Tanda tangan Dosen PA
3. Bayar sejumlah 100rb x jumlah sks yg diambil
4. Fotocopy form & slip pembayaran 1x
5. Nyerahin 1 lembar fotocopy form & fotocopy slip pembayaran ke Ruang Kapita Selecta Teknik PWK.
6. Balik ke Recording loket 2 nyerahin form asli + nunjukin slip pembayaran.
7. Cek di Siam.
8. Selesai.
